In the area around the HU33SE 44-6 there is a complex of walls and banks and a scatter of field clearance cairns. Much has been destroyed and the pattern that remains is considerably interrupted; some of the field boundaries are of obvious wall construction (large basal stones remaining) while others are banks (probably built from field clearance material). The three house structures are almost exactly equidistant from each other and this suggests a structured dispersed division of land.
