Location Notes: The panel is situated in improved pasture on a rocky outcrop on a spur on the SW facing hillside and about 150m from the top of the hill, overlooking the Dee Estuary. It lies about 80m ESE of Blackhill Cottage. There are extensive views towards the west and Cairnsmore of Fleet, although the views to the S are blocked by the hillside and a plantation. There is a small burn nearby, which makes the trackway very muddy, although the hillside is dry. There are several carved panels on the same outcrop.

Panel Notes: This exposed area of greywacke outcrop measuring 1.8 x 0.9m and 0.4m maximum height, sloping to the SE. It comprises two carved surfaces 0.26m from each other, in a cluster of 3 panels in the larger outcrop. Turf was removed to expose all the rock surface, but there are only motifs visible on part of the outcrop. These include, on one carved surface, 2 cup and single ring motifs, both 14cm in diameter, 1 cup with 2 rings of 15cm diameter, and 1 cup with 2 partial rings. There are also 2 cups and a depression or 'saucer' 12 cm in diameter filled with peck marks. On the second carved surface there is 1 larger cup with 2 outer smaller cups making use of a natural depression in the rock to make a possible partial rosette.
