DoE MS List of Scheduled Monuments 1977

Four sub-rectangular enclosures set into the steep west bank of the Thorter Burn, the largest of which measures some 20 x 30 metres over banks 0.4 - 0.5m high. An associated bank and ditch run northwards for about 200 metres.

NT 6095 6896. These contiguous earth-banked enclosures are almost certainly stock-pens of relatively late date, probably 18th/19th century.
