This cairn is situated on the SW flank of Eildon Mid Hill about 100ft below the summit, at a height of some 1285ft OD. It has been much robbed and now appears as a low, irregular mound of stones, about 50ft in diameter, from which a few boulders protrude to indicate the possible former presence of a cist.

RCAHMS 1956, visited 1948; R W Feachem 1963.

This cairn measures 15.0m by 13.0m and 0.5m in height, and is as described above.

Surveyed at 1:2500.

Visited by OS (JLD) 11 January 1961.
