An axe-hammer of greywacke containing abundant carbonate from the River Teviot at Hawick (Catalogue gives a grid reference of NT 502 145) is in Wilton Lodge Museum, Hawick (HAKMG 4100).

Museum Catalogue 1981.

This Class I axe-hammer has been petrologically attributed to group XXVII (greywacke from the Southern uplands of Scotland).
