OS 25" map (1924)

Aberlady Market Cross, the top of which is missing, stands on the N side of the village street. It consists of a square-sectioned shaft 6' in length, 10" in diameter, inserted in a plinth 2'3" square and 1'11" high resting on a graduated base of four tiers 3'8" in height with a maximum diameter of 9'1". The shaft has been renewed.

Field Visit (2 June 1913)

The cross stands on the north side of the village street; it consists of a square sectioned shaft 6 feet in length and 10 inches in diameter inserted in plinth 2 feet 3 inches square and 1 foot 11 inches high resting on a graduated base of four tiers 3 feet 8 inches in height with a maximum diameter of 9 feet 1 inch. The shaft has been renewed.

The Cross is illustrated in Small's Scottish Market Crosses, Plate 75.
