Craigie: Shown as a settlement of about three buildings with no arable.

W Roy 1747-55.

In this area there are the footings and remains up to 1.0m high of at least fifteen buildings varying from 3.0m by 2.0m to 32.0m by 4.5m, together with many associated enclosures.

Surveyed at 1:10560.

A township, comprising seven unroofed buildings, three enclosures and a head-dyke, is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Sutherland 1879, sheet xcv). Eleven unroofed buildings, four enclosures and a head-dyke are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10,000 map (1992).
