Archaeology Notes

NT28NE 42 270 885.

An old baronial castle stood at Kirkcaldy of Grange. In 1849 the remains were a strong flanking tower or staircase, and a massive fragment of wall attached to a modern house. The old dovecot remained (NT28NE 4).
