General view South East three coal-fired Wilson boilers (right) with Brigwood screw-feed automatic stokers suppllied by bunkers opposite (and situated beneath the yard) The boilers were built at the Lilybank Works, Glasgow, in 1937, and burn washed singles (coal) providing heat for the building's central heating system. The boilers carry the manufacturer's numbers 5851-3.
