Slightly worn bronze coin of the Byzantine emperor Constans, AD 641-8, minted at Carthage, found in the 1950s 'in Hawkcraig Road, Aberdour, on the site of what was very probably a tithe barn for the monastery of Inchcolm', during preparation of the ground for a new house.
