This is a large stone building which is still used as a hotel but has, according to the owner of Newhalls Cottages, been recently taken over by Tennants breweries and is now called the Two Bridges Pub Hotel, previously known as Holst House Hotel.

Site recorded by GUARD during the Coastal Assessment Survey for Historic Scotland, 'The Firth of Forth from Dunbar to the Coast of Fife' 18th February 1996.
