Site Management (16 December 1993)

Gothic folly built of snecked rubble with ashlar dressings and quoins to celebrate Wellington's victory at Waterloo. Each elevation features a single window at ground floor level with hood moulds, operating as a doorway on 1 side. The upper level features single or triple lancet Gothic windows with hood moulds. Only the first few steps of the original stone stairway remain, although the upper floor does retain some original plasterwork.
