Site Management (3 March 2011)

2 storey stone built Victorian semi-detatched villas with corner entrances with balustrade over. Slated roof with dormers and single storey utility wings to each side.

The architect Andrew Scobie drew up the street layout and villas for both Comely Park and Park Avenue in 1875. Andrew Scobie was also Provost of Dunfermline from 1897-1903 (Dictionary of Scottish Architects).
