(NT 0621 4095) Stone Axe found AD 1899 (NAT)

Possibly this is the findspot of the polished granite axe, 10 1/8" by 3 3/4" by 2", "from Candybank" (NT 070 413), which was found when ploughing, and purchased for the National Museum of Antiquities of Scotland (NMAS) in 1900 (Treasure Trove) (Accession no: AF 495).
