NT04NW 31 centred 0090 4970.

Centred at NT 0090 4970 between 800 and 950ft OD on the S and SE facing slopes of Hare Law is an extensive field system consisting of well-preserved clearance heaps and distant lynchets about 0.3m high.

Visited by OS (DWR) 20 July 1971.

Field Visit (25 June 1943)

This site was recorded as part of the RCAHMS Emergency Survey, undertaken by Angus Graham and Vere Gordon Childe during World War 2. The project archive has been catalogued during 2013-2014 and the material, which includes notebooks, manuscripts, typescripts, plans and photographs, is now available online.
