Situated about 50yds SE of Kilbucho Church (NT03SE 12) and now occupied as a farm-house. It is a good example of a mid 18th-century manse and preserves many of its original characteristics. Dated 1751 over the entrance doorway; a 17th-century lintel is inserted over a rear doorway.
