A probable circular enclosure c. 46m in diameter within a narrow ditch with two breaks on its E side is visible on air photographs. Nothing is visible on the floodplain where it is situated.
Site surveyed at 1:2500.

Nothing is visible of this enclosure which was under crop on the date of visit. It is situated on the flat flood-plain of the Evan Water about 400m W of Barnhill House (NT00SE 130).

Air photography (CUCAP 1945 and 1964; RCAHMSAP 1983 and 1988) has recorded the cropmarks of a circular enclosure 400m W of Barnhill House (NT00SE 130). It measures about 50m in diameter within a ditch 2m in breadth, and there is a broad entrance on the E.
