(NS 9652 3454) A cairn, measuring about 13m in diameter and 1.2m in height, stands on the summit of Scaut Hill (586m OD). It has been partly robbed to build a small sheep-shelter. (cf NS93NE 26.)
RCAHMS 1978, visited 1968.
This cairn was in a similar condition when visited in 1955.
