Glenochil distillery is depicted, as a complex of seven roofed buildings situated beside the Dams Burn, on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Stirlingshire sheet xi, 1865). On the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1992) a factory and warehouses occupy the site.
