NS79NW 47 74109 98828

(Location cited as NS 742 988). Mill of Torr, built c. 1840. The ruins of a large rubble flour mill. Nearby stood the great drainage wheel used in the improvement of Blairdrummond Moss between 1787 and 1839.

Partly of early date, largely neo-Tudorised c. 1845-50 in Dickson manner. Very overgrown. Picturesque. No workings remain. (Historic Scotland)
