A small Altar, uninscribed, found in 1842 on the farm of Arniebog about 400 yards south of the Antonine Wall, while forming a drain in marshy land, measures 1' 10 1/2" in height and 10" in breadth. Till recently, the spot where it was found, was covered by a sheet of water known as Loch Barr, and which is now drained. The Altar is in the Hunterian Museum, Glasgow.
