A possible lamp, pear-shaped, of steatite, found at Nedd (NC 137 318) was donated to the National Museum of Antiquities of Scotland [NMAS] by A Munro, Nedd, 1967-8.
Proc Soc Antiq Scot 1969.
The find spot of this lamp was pointed out by a relative of Mr Munro at NC 1371 3195. It was found whilst he was digging out the foundation for a shed.
