This chambered cairn is situated on a terrace that slopes gently to the S, in rough peaty moorland 130 m E of the minor road leading N from the A971 to Newton. It measures 6m in diameter and 0.8m high and contains a hexagonal chamber measuring 1.5m from N to S by 1.2m transversely, which has been constructed from large rectangular blocks.
