Clach a' Mhinisteir - The Minister's Stone - a huge flat-topped rock 30' in girth and over 6' in height bearing no markings.

Visited by OS (IA) 22 March 1973.

The E point of the small bay (NS 3712 9173) at the NE of the island. An iron ring is embedded in the bedrock here and tradition holds that this is where the parishioners tied up there boats when they came to worship on the island and that the minister preached from this point, Clach a' Mhinisteir. A natural flat topped rock measuring c.10m and standing c.2m high. Traditionally held to be the spot where the minister preached.

FIRAT 1995; NMRS MS 993/2.
