Note (20 July 2022)

The Pillbox Study Group report that a Auxiliary patrol base (Cockburnspath Patrol) is located by the former Penmanshiel railway tunnel (exact location uncertain). The bunker has a standard layout, with entrance and main room and emergency exit and was extant in 2013.
