NO99NW 11 9362 9686.

Site of St. Ternan's Chapel: 'The site was pointed out by R Walker who removed the foundations some years ago'. A field situated to the north of the site is called 'Chapel Bank'.

Name Book 1864.

No traces of the Chapel were found during field perambulation.

Visited by OS, November 1961.

There are no visible remains of the chapel and burial-ground that were situated on the promontory to the N of the mouth of the Burn of Findon.
