Activities

Note (27 November 2020)

(NS 3265 3662) This was a Ground Control of Interception radar station. It initially operated as a Mobile GCI, having moved from St Quivox () on 13 January 1942, and then was an Intermediate GCI from 2 September 1942. Work commenced on the Final GCI but was never completed. The station closed on 18 August 1944 but was required by the Admiralty for training purposes and was therefore re-installed and went back on the air on 20 September 1944 but closed finally on 31 January 1946.
