Field Visit (28 March 2008)
As part of an environmental impact assessment, a specialist report on the potential archaeological and cultural heritage issues was commissioned by SCOTRENEWABLES (Wind Power) Ltd on behalf of the Highlands and Islands Community Energy Company (HICEC) in respect of a proposed scheme to construct a community wind turbine at land at Kingarly, Rousay, Orkney.
The walkover survey was undertaken on 28th March 2008 in very windy and wet conditions, that cleared to windy and overcast.
