Field Visit (19 February 2008)
As part of an environmental impact assessment, a specialist report on the potential archaeological and cultural heritage issues was commissioned by SCOTRENEWABLES (Wind Power) Ltd on behalf of the Highlands and Islands Community Energy Company (HICEC) in respect of a proposed scheme to construct a community wind turbine at land adjacent to Ore farm, Hoy, Orkney.
The walkover survey was undertaken on 19th Feb 2008 in bright and sunny conditions.
