Field Visit (16 May 2018)

Artists Nimi and RH74 created a huge painting on the south-west facing exterior wall of a building behind 238 Union Street, which is visible from Union Row. The street art was created as part of the 2018 NuArt Festival in Aberdeen (https://2018.nuartaberdeen.co.uk/artists/nimi-rh74-no/, accessed 25.6.2018). The art depicts a female figure looking very sad whilst holding what appears to resemble a smouldering Crathes Castle. At the woman’s feet is a wildflower meadow.
