Metal Detector Find (2016)
NH 79 99 An unusual Roman brooch fragment was found during metal detecting. It has a flat reeded bow, short wings and a hinged pin in a cylindrical casing. Length 39mm.
Claimed as Treasure Trove (TT 97/16) and allocated to Historylinks Museum, Dornoch
