Fife, Crail, Upper Leading Light
View. This pair of leading lights was constructed to guide vessels along a safe channel to the entrance to Crail Harbour. This view shows the upper of the two lights, situated in a small landscaped area above the main road through Crail. The street-lamp-style lantern is evident. By 1979 ith lamp itself was electrically lit.
