Activities

Field Visit (24 March 2017)

This bridge, which carries a minor public road over the Annaty Burn, is a modern construction of steel reinforced concrete. It has vertical abutments that extend for a short distance both upstream and downstream, and a flat decking. The faces of the bridge, including the parapets, are finished with fyfestone. There are now no remains visible of the earlier bridge that once stood here.

Visited by HES, Survey and Recording (JRS) 24 March 2017.
