(NO 5047 6423) Cup marked Stone (NR)

OS 1:10,000 map, (1972).

A flat boulder of grey sandstone 1.0m by 0.8m by 0.1m high, embedded in the ground and surrounded by undergrowth and trees.

There are about 33 shallow cups, about 1" in diameter, on the flat surface. (information from F A Ferguson January 1954).

A flat sandstone boulder measuring 1m by 0.8m by 0.1 m has about thirty-three shallow cupmarks on its upper surface.
