Desk Based Assessment (7 January 2015)

This late-19th century building, which stood on the W side of the Yoker – Renfrew ferry slipway on the N bank of the River Clyde, was demolished in 2012. Originally built as the ferry master's house, the building saw more recent use as a public house called Wolbirn's Wharf. More details of the building, including images immediately prior to demolition can be seen at: http://www.derelictglasgow.co.uk/derelict.yoker.ferry.pub.html, accessed 7.1.2015.
