The cropmark of an enclosure has been identified from air photographs in a field 415m NE of Craigmill farmsteading. A ditch forms at least two sides of the sub-rectangular enclosure with a width of approximately 25m. The cropmarks of further possible enclosures (NO53NE 34) have been identified in the same field and the field immediately to the S. An area of rig and furrow cultivation, also revealed as cropmarkings, extends across the field in an NE-SW direction.
