Bonnytown. A large rectangular dovecot probably of the early 18th Century. It measures 32 by 14 1/2 feet and contains two chambers, each with an entrance in the north-east wall.
RCAHMS 1933
The dovecot at Bonnytown has been converted into a cowshed. The front wall has been removed, the sides extended and a new front built to make an almost square building. The roof has been lowered and the nests removed.

The Bonnytown dovecot has been extended on the SE side and is now roofed with corrugated iron. The walls are of rubble masonry.
