Activities

Field Visit (24 April 2010 - 1 May 2010)

At least four quarries or test-pits are situated within an area measuring 50m from NNW to SSE by about 15m transversely of rough peaty moorland immediately S of a tributary of the Burn of Brecksie. They all measures about 10m from NNW to SSE by 1m transversely and they are probably associated with the large Chromate quarry (HP50SE 199) immediately N of the burn.

Visited by RCAHMS (DCC) 24 April -1 May 2010
