Aberchalder, Weir – GR NH 33708 03380 (N end)
This weir is at the north end of Loch Oich and across the exit of the River Oich from Loch Oich. The weir is roughly 150m long and comprises a raised embankment faced with dressed stone pavoir on its west side; the paved slope descends for a height of 1.5m over a distance of 8m. The slope is edged with a metal bar at the top and by a timber bar at the bottom. At the south end of the weir there is a gap.
