Field Visit (9 April 2013)

This rig system is situated on level ground in rough pasture about 220m SSW of a telephone exchange (NH 83319 05632) immediately W of Jock’s Knoll. The rigs, which are grass-grown and orientated from NNW to SSE, measure 5.5m broad and 0.15m high. There is a grass-grown clearance cairn sited on the rising ground to the E (NH 83260 05355).
