NG 8154 4121 A desk-based assessment and walkover survey were carried out, 1 September–4 October 2011, prior to the proposed construction of hydro-electric pipeline and associated structures. The project represented a revision to an existing hydro-electric scheme and the pipeline route ran through rough pasture and moorland. A single rough stone dyke was found to lie across the pipeline N of the turbine house. A second linear feature was interpreted as the line of a 20th-century water main. The only other feature recorded was a road-makers quarry beside the Applecross road.
