Archaeological Evaluation (31 March 2011 - 6 April 2011)
NS 5585 2068 An evaluation was carried out 31 March–6 April 2011 on a proposed development area at Knockroon Farm. The evaluation consisted of 39 trial trenches, which investigated 8% of the 4660sqm development area. The only features recorded related to a field drainage system associated with 19th- and 20th-century agricultural improvement works.
