Archaeology Notes

NO35NW 41 301 557.

'38m NW of kerb cairn NO35NW 38 is a four poster which, like the kerb cairn is built on an artificial platform. The platform measures 10m NE-SW by about 5m and the position of the four stones, the largest of which is on the W side, suggests a setting in the region of 1.5m square.'

J R Sherriff 1986.
