(Scheduled with NO33SW 45). This monument comprises the remains of a large enclosed settlement and adjacent smaller enclosure of prehistoric date, both visible on oblique aerial photographs. It lies in arable farmland between around 20-30m OD. It comprises a roughly oval enclosure some 70m NW-SE by about 90m NE-SW, with a ditch some 2m wide. Darker patches inside the enclosure may indicate the remains of former domestic structures. Some 5m to the NE is a second enclosure some 20m in diameter, either representing the remains of a small enclosed settlement or of a former timber roundhouses.

Information from Historic Scotland, scheduling document dated 17 December 1996.
