(NO 3458 3103) Paddock Stone (NAT)

An immense block of rock, known as the "Paddock Stone" forms part of the wall of Greystane House. Its origin is unknown, but it possibly commemorates some important event long since forgotten. Only a legend is associated with it.

"Paddock Stone", a natural erratic, is situated behind an iron railing, within the grounds of Greystone House.
