Reference (1948)

The most remarkable find in the churchyard was the discovery of two fragments of carved stones. The coloured MS of these two fragments are in the National Museum of Antiquities, Edinburgh. The fragments were given to the Museum in 1860, and have on them patterns of remarkable design.
