Activities

Field Visit (17 March 1997 - 17 March 1997)

The remains of a turf and stone dyke c0.6m wide and up to 0.4m high can be seen running down the W side of the burn at Eas Achadh Airc. It was presumably built as a revetment to stop flood damage.

A small structure c2m in diameter over single boulder 'walls' c0.4m wide and protruding through the grass by up to 0.2m abuts the dyke in a grassy flush.
