The dovecot at Rathillet probably dates from the 18th century. It is oblong on plan, measuring 19 1/4ft x 14 3/4ft, and has tabled skews, the western skew-put bearing a cubical sundial with an iron gnomon.

NO 3590 2081 This typical 17/18th century dovecot has been considerably restored. The doorway is modern, and original crow-stepped gables may have been replaced by stone slabs. The sundial is on the eastern skew-put.
