NO 2163 9252 – NO 2193 9266 Inver
Linear bank running c25m inland from the bank of the River Dee. The bank is curvilinear and does not conform to conventional improvement period construction methods. The bank would have presumably prevented the Dee from flooding across the haugh. It stops at a modern cottage at a point where the
river bank becomes higher and the need for a defensive bank decreases.
