Archaeology Notes

A ruinous drystone building was recorded on the N shore of Camus Bharabhaig during a pre-afforestation survey by Wordsworth Archaeological Services, November 2000 (site 7). The building is aligned WNW - ESE and measures 10m x 4m. A low wall extends 20m to the WNW before turning NE to join a rocky outcrop, 23m NE of which is a small stone building measuring 6m x 2.5m.

Information from Ishbel MacKinnon, July 2011.
